FSC Range was engaged by McConnell Dowell for the design of a temporary hardstand and carpark on land adjacent to Enterprize Road, West Melbourne.

The proposed works extend and rehabilitate the existing carparks and associated infrastructure and create a new entrance from the south-west off Enterprize Road. The area will be used as both a light-vehicle car park and as a hardstand for a variety of uses including material storage, disassembly Franna movements and semi-trailer deliveries and offloading.

FSC Range was engaged from the projects inception, helping the client optioneer solutions before deciding on the most reasonable and practical outcome.
